Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what Anyza is

Anyza is a classifieds platform: people post products and services, other people find those listings, and the two sides deal directly with each other.

Anyza is not a party to the deal. We do not sell the items listed, do not hold money or crypto, do not process or intermediate payments, do not exchange currency, and we are not a broker, an exchange or a payment institution. Payment, delivery and any warranty are agreed and carried out between buyer and seller.

By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the list of Prohibited items and content.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • The information you provide must be true and current.
  • One person, one account. Accounts created to evade a sanction are closed.
  • To post listings, chat, ask questions or file reports you must verify your phone (level L1). Some high-value categories may require identity verification (level L2).
  • Keep your account access safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.

3. Your account

You can change your e-mail and phone at any time (with a new verification) and deactivate your account whenever you want: profile and listings go offline, open deals are cancelled, and nothing is erased — signing in again reactivates it. Permanent erasure can be requested as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Listings

  • You alone are responsible for what you publish: title, description, photos, price, condition and honouring the offer.
  • Only list what you can legally sell and actually deliver. One listing per item; do not duplicate the same item across categories.
  • Do not publish third-party content without permission — photos and text from other sellers, manufacturers or websites belong to whoever created them.
  • By publishing, you grant Anyza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, resize and promote that content on the site, in search results and in platform marketing, for as long as the listing exists.
  • Every listing goes through automated review by artificial intelligence before going live, and may be reviewed by a person. We may approve, send to review, reject or remove a listing, with or without notice, when it breaks these Terms, the prohibited list or the law.
  • Listings expire after a set period; you can renew them.

5. Dealing, payment and risk

  • Prices are listed in US dollars as the reference and may be shown converted to local currency and bitcoin using third-party rates, for guidance only. Rates can be out of date.
  • Payment happens directly between the parties, in crypto or however they agree. Anyza holds nothing, offers no refund, guarantee, insurance or financial mediation, and cannot reverse a transfer.
  • Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature. Check address, network and amount before sending.
  • Each party is responsible for its own taxes, invoices and legal obligations arising from the deal.
  • We recommend: meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, be suspicious of prices far below market, and never pay in advance to someone you don't know or move the conversation off Anyza before closing the deal.

6. Public questions, deals and reviews

  • Questions on a listing and the seller's answers are public. Don't put personal data, phone numbers or addresses in them.
  • A deal record ("handshake") is proposed by the seller and confirmed by the buyer, and exists only if the two talked about that listing.
  • Reviews can only be written by people in a confirmed deal, one per side, and are published when both review or after the set period. Trading, buying, swapping or coercing reviews is prohibited.

7. Conduct, reports and sanctions

Not allowed: fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, illegal content, pushing payment off-platform as part of a scam, harvesting other users' data, bots, scraping, reverse engineering or any attempt to bypass technical and security limits.

Any user can report a listing, a question, a message or a profile from the site itself. Reports are reviewed by moderation. Depending on severity and history we apply progressive measures: warning, temporary restriction on listing, on contacting people or on closing deals, and suspension. Every decision is logged and you can contest it through the contact channels.

8. Platform intellectual property

The Anyza name, logo, software, design and site texts belong to Anyza and its operator. These Terms transfer none of those rights.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

Anyza is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors, nor the truthfulness, quality, safety or legality of the items listed, of the information users provide, or of their conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anyza is not liable for damages arising from deals between users, including financial loss, items that do not match the listing, deliveries that never happen or crypto transfers. Nothing here excludes rights granted to consumers by law.

You agree to hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from content you published or your use of the platform.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms; the current version is always on this page, dated. Material changes are announced on the site or by e-mail. If you disagree, deactivate your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, or that put other people at risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, Brasil as the forum, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue where they live.
